How the Day Trip Works
We pick up your group in Long Beach, drive you straight to Mammoth Mountain, and bring you all back safely the same night. No caravan. No DD. Just load your gear, relax, and enjoy the snow.
Sample Day Trip Schedule
- 1:00 AM – Depart Long Beach, CA
- 7:30 AM – Arrive at Mammoth Mountain
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM – Ski / snowboard all day
- 5:00 PM – Depart Mammoth
- ~11:45 PM – 12:00 AM – Arrive back in Long Beach
Times are approximate and may vary with traffic, weather, and road conditions.
What’s Included
- Private 15-passenger van (10 seats reserved for your group)
- Professional, experienced driver
- Room for skis, snowboards, and gear
- Heated interior and space to stretch out
- Sleep on the way up, rest on the way home
Lift tickets, rentals, lessons, and food are not included. Transportation only.
Pickup & Drop-off
- Main pickup zone: Long Beach, CA (exact location confirmed at booking)
- Groups should arrive at least 10 minutes early for departure.

- Confirm your group size (up to 10 riders) and pickup details.
- Pay a deposit to lock in your reservation.
- Receive a confirmation message with schedule & instructions.
Payment methods can include Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or cash – confirmed during booking.
Policies
Refund / Cancellation
· 100% refund if canceled 7 days or more before the trip.
· 50% refund if canceled 72 hours before departure.
· No refund within 48 hours of departure.
Weather
· If major road closures prevent safe travel, the trip will be
rescheduled if roads are closed.
· If conditions are snowy but roads are open, the shuttle will still run.
Conduct
· No smoking or vaping inside the van.
· Seatbelts must be worn at all times while driving.
· No loud music. Recommend headphones. Library voice people!
· The driver may refuse boarding to overly intoxicated or unsafe passengers.
